Brief

Cerise Healthcare provides Residential and Live-in Care services across the UK, focusing on delivering quality, compassionate support for individuals and families. In 2024, they wanted to boost their lead generation through paid search but needed expert help to make it happen.

Challenge

Cerise approached Yaseo with an active but underperforming Google Ads account. Their campaigns weren’t converting efficiently, and they lacked a strong destination for their ads. Without a focused landing page or clear tracking in place, it was difficult to measure ROI or capture high-quality leads.

Solution

  • We took over full management of their Google Ads campaigns and made key changes to maximise return:
  • Created a custom landing page on their website, tailored specifically for conversions.
  • Linked the page directly to their Google Ads to improve tracking and lead flow.
  • Optimised campaign structure, keywords, and bidding strategy for higher relevance and reduced wasted spend.
  • Implemented performance tracking through Google Looker Studio for full transparency.

Outcome

Over a six-month period, Cerise saw a significant boost in engagement, lead volume, and cost-efficiency from their Google Ads campaigns. The new landing page helped convert visitors more effectively, while transparent reporting allowed their team to stay in the loop at every step.

We monitored the campaign performance, giving Cerise Healthcare a clear visual into every key metric. Over the campaign period:

  • More than 1,700 clicks were recorded, with an average click-through rate (CTR) of 6.68%.
  • 59 conversions were tracked, with the main campaign achieving a 6.43% conversion rate – highly competitive within the care industry.
  • Cost per conversion averaged £96, with the most efficient campaign generating leads for just £78.
  • 63.2% of impressions appeared in top ad positions, and absolute top impressions increased by over 58%.
